Personal Coaching
Running your own company has many rewards, but it can also be quite lonely at the top.
Many business owners complain from time to time that they feel isolated from their staff and their
family, and need someone with whom they can talk to confidentially about matters both business and
private.
For over 25 years, Steven Schneiderman has been providing personal coaching services to clients
from all walks of life, helping them to more carefully consider their personal and business decisions, and to
help them squeeze more happiness and satisfaction into their lives.
Steven received training in the 1980's from The Dale Carnegie Institute in New York. He has worked
as a graduate assistant in both New York and Tulsa where he has taught the Dale Carnegie Course in Human Relations.
Most of his students have gone on to lead super productive and fulfilled lives.
In addition, Steven has taught courses in Non-Verbal and Written Communications, Dealing with
Difficult People, and Working in Challenging Environments at Fortune 500 companies such as NorDAM and for state
government entities such as the Kansas Department of Labor.
Steven is presently a Thought Leader for the Tulsa Community College "Launch Your Entrepreneurial
Journey" Program, a Business Coach for Spirit Bank's and Tulsa Community College's Entrepreneurial Spirit
Award, a SpiritBank Strategic Partner, and volunteer performer for the Tulsa Mental Health
Association.
If you feel you are struggling with your business and your life, and you would like to feel
